INSURANCE

Our fleet of vehicles are covered by Transit Insurance.

Transit Insurance

Transit insurance cover is limited to damage to the property directly attributable to Fire, Flood, Collision and/or Overturning/ derailment of the conveying vehicle including theft from locked vehicle, whether Hermon’s are at fault or not.

We have insurance coverage on clients’ goods whilst in our storage warehouse or shipping container which is limited to Fire, Storm Damage, or Theft as per insurer policy limits.

We have Public Liability Insurance for property, damage to buildings, or injury to the public.

Optional Full Cover Insurance

Only provided where property insured is professionally packed and this option is specified as covered in the schedule.
This includes accidental physical loss of or damage to the property insured during the period of cover, including claims for breakage, scratching, chipping denting, and bruising.

Should full cover insurance be required?

1. Contact our office for details.
2. A completed and signed proposal form must be received by our insurer.

With any of these insurance options, Hermon’s Rainbow customers will be the beneficiary. Full details outlining insurance cover and limitations are available on request.
